Standards  & Approvals

Our quality control is approved according to ISO9001:2000. We have already obtained safety approvals like UL, cUL, TUV and CE.

Quality procedure and testing details

  4. 100% Hi-pot testing
  5. 100% Short circuit testing
  6. 100% Functional testing
  7. 100% Aging testing
  8. Outgoing QC ( According to AQL sampling method )

Materials

In order to fulfill the requirements of UL and TUV, most of our materials including enamel copper wire, electrical tape, mylar film, protective devices, PVC tube, lead wire, epoxy and silicone glass fibre tube are UL or VDE approved.
